The outage started at 7 pm, peaked at 9 pm, and is ongoing. Majority of reports are from the United States. Teams in India are functioning properly. 55% of users have app issues, 31% face server connection problems, and 14% have website difficulties. Microsoft has not provided information on the cause or resolution time, raising concerns about reliability and stability.
