MoS Finance in Rajya Sabha shares the number of fraudulent loan apps Google removed from Play Store

Over 2,200 fraudulent loan apps have been removed from Google's Play Store. The government collaborated with RBI and other regulators to suspend these apps. Google revised its policy on loan apps and now only allows apps published by Regulated Entities (REs).
